Playtech notifies Casino.org that its live casino in Pennsylvania began a soft launch on November 28 and will shortly be open 24/7.
Customers of the Keystone State's online casino now have another option when it comes to live dealer games. Playtech's product, which debuted with VIP roulette and blackjack, is available on the betPARX iGaming network.

Players from outside the state of New Jersey spent over $1.66 billion at online casinos last year. The online casino sites have only grown, with gross gaming revenue (GGR) of $1.57 billion as of October 2023—a 15% increase over the previous year.
Both commercial and tribal operators operated online casinos in Michigan in 2022, with a combined total value of $1.58 billion. As of October 2023, iGaming had won $1.41 billion.
In 2022, Pennsylvanian online casinos brought in about $1.36 billion from patronage. The GGR from online gaming surpassed that of the prior year after ten months. From January to October, Pennsylvania's iGaming GGR was almost $1.45 billion.

The Parx Casino and Parx Casino Shippensburg are the only casinos in Pennsylvania that forbid smoking.
Industry Giants vs. Parx Online: iGaming Revenue Snapshot for October
Parx Casino is the biggest retailer in Pennsylvania. Its internet businesses, however, only make up a tiny percentage of the state market.
In October, BetPARX's online iGaming revenue was $4.6 million. The industry leader in operating gross revenue (GGR) with over $62.1 million was Penn Entertainment's online casino.
Although Penn's online casino is currently moving from Barstool to ESPN Bet, it already offers live dealer table games. Live dealer games are offered by BetMGM, DraftKings, FanDuel, and BetRivers in Pennsylvania.
